Anlässlich der Umsetzung der EU-Asylreform (#GEAS) plant Deutschland u.a. optionale "Aufnahmeeinrichtungen zur Durchführung von Verfahren der Sekundärmigration" für die Bundesländer einzurichten – die so EU-Verordnungen gar nicht vorgesehen sind.

Bei restriktiver Auslegung der Vorgaben könnten einige Geflüchtete diese Zentren nicht einmal für Arzt- oder Anwaltsbesuche verlassen.

Wir raten dringend davon ab, solche Zentren einzurichten.
