I wonder about your priorities? On one hand, you criticize wsocial's privacy violating practices, on the other hand, you publish this kind of free advertisement for Apple, a privacy invading #US #BigTech with a gated hard and SW ecosystem.
I know, they have great devices, but maybe have a look into admittedly technically not as impressive but open devices from #EU based providers such as Fairphone or Shiftphone with e.g. /e/ or iode OS.

Kinderen beschermen: absoluut. Maar verplichte leeftijdsverificatie voor sociale media brengt ook serieuze risico’s mee voor privacy en anonimiteit.

I wanted to indeed find out more about the #AffordableHousingAct and followed the Link.
It's .. complicated.
First of all "housing" still isn't "a right" as in "you can sue if it is denied to you".
On the other hand DOES the #EU seem to be willing (after decades) to repair some of their biggest policy flaws, meaning that it was forbidden to intervene in (dysfunctional) housing markets.
I'd give it a 5 out of 10.
