In 2023, there was an outcry after a veteran of the Nazi-led Galicia SS division Yaroslav Hunka, received two standing ovations in the House of Commons during a visit by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

There was a kind of “black international” that brought together all reactionaries, particularly fascists who managed to escape after World War II and their followers from different countries.

In 1963, a coordinating center was created in Lisbon: Aginter-Press.
