Angled a little to the left and with a crisp view you can detect a little ring gap closest to the planet body.
A perfect thin line goes across Saturn's mid-line marking the rings across the planet's body.
A little smaller view of Saturn but the brightness is increased showing a beautiful Saturn against a deep black sky.

Le Psammodrome d'Edwards (Psammodromus edwarsianus) Spanish Psammodromus est un lézard de très petite taille, considéré comme le plus petit de France avec l'algyroïde de Fitzinger. Originaire de la péninsule ibérique, il remonte le long du littoral méditerranéen jusqu'en Provence en France.
Ce lézard fréquente les milieux très ouverts à végétation basse et clairsemée. Il se rencontre donc typiquement dans les milieux dunaires et les garrigues. Du fait de sa taille et de sa relative discrétion, il passe très facilement inaperçu.

Yesterday we had earthworm cocoons, today I bring you springtail spermatophores!

Springtails, like many other soil invertebrates, reproduce by a male leaving these structures (a blob of sperm-rich fluid on a stalk), which the female will sniff out, collect and use to fertilise her eggs. Very romantic!

▴ Laguna Azul

Sunrise from the shores of Laguna Azul, with the iconic spires of Torres del Paine glowing red in the first light of day. We were lucky to have clear skies on our first morning, offering an unobstructed view of the towers.

Technically just outside the borders of Torres del Paine National Park, the nearby campsite at Laguna Azul still provides stunning views of the Paine Massif. It’s also a quieter alternative to the more crowded campsites inside the park, especially later in the season, and serves as a starting point for several trails around the lagoon.
