Beautiful Plume Moth (Amblyptilia acanthadactyla)
The plume moths (Pterophoridae) usually rest with wings extended at right angles to the body and partially rolled up. This particular species is one of the most commonly found in the UK. Notice the cleft extending about one third of the way from the wing tip on the forewing.
