Ich habe heute gelernt, dass seit Beginn des Jahres in Kalifornien jedweder AI-generierter Content im Zuge des California AI Transparency Act gekennzeichnet werden muss, sei es mit Wasserzeichen bei Audio, Video und Bildern, als auch händische Kennzeichnung bei Texten.
Die Plattformen müssen diese Wasserzeichen erkennen, auswerten und dann ihre Darstellung der Kennzeichnung entsprechend anpassen.

Ich frage mich nur noch, wann wir in Europa das gleiche Gesetz bekommen. Hier lechzen ja Menschen regelrecht danach, weil sie ihren generierten Scheiß so lange nicht kennzeichen, wie sie es nicht zwingend müssen.

A quintet of California quail dropped by the house over the weekend — a first, though I've seen them in the neighborhood before. They're very round! And usually pretty hard to see lurking in the underbrush. But for about 5 minutes some of them perched in a nearby oak at a spot where I could point my lens through the foliage.

Received earlier this year, we sat down with Firestone Walker's Anniversary Ale XXIX.
Out of the bottle, XXIX produces an enthusiastic amount of head, resting on a pool of opaque darkness. Receding quickly, a wreath remains on the surface.
Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of vanilla, cacao chocolate, dark fruit (mostly cherry), and a bit of barnyard funk (not sour).
Sipping, we recover notes of baking spices (cinnamon and nutmeg), more dark fruit, some vanilla, cacao chocolate, and some molasses. Overall, XXIX has a strong mouthfeel, a definite alcoholic warmth, and a lingering bitterness that is complimented with alcoholic warmth.
Pairings? Go crazy with a tiramisu. creme brulee, or a black forest cake.
