okay so after getting a second opinion it seems like my only options are to either wait in waitlists or go abroad to get the procedure done, which sucks Massively for several reasons
however i also know nullshit about getting any trans-related surgeries abroad, and i presume it gets more complicated for people like me who ate stuck between countries, but here goes nothing in my attempt to pursue my true gender
i am asking any transmasc people in the netherlands who had a top surgery abroad (essentially skipping that part of eternal waiting), i want to know as much as possible about getting that done (i.e. costs, what should i prepare for, logistics etc.)
i do not promise to follow through with my plans, especially not when it turns out to be too hard to organize in my current circumstances; however i see a glimmer of hope of retaking my body autonomy and even if it's a faint hallucination i yearn to pursue it or at least estimate the chances of being able to pursue it
relays from partners/friends who were in this situation are okay, but i prioritize transmasc voices in here, if you got no firsthand experience or a trustworthy relay then just boost, as it isn't about you
i can't lie that getting a top surgery moved up higher in my priority list over time, and ideally i wish i could pursue it while everything else is idle in transaction, so that a ko reborn will truly be a new game+ mode and i can embrace my new and more canon accurate flesh suit
i am open this to moving the discussion to an IM like signal if that is more comfortable.
alternatively if someone knows how can i get a top surgery quicker than via gender clinic within the country (if that matters i am 1,5 years on T, legal gender depends on which government you ask; but the dutch govt does recognize me as legally male) that information will also be highly appreciated ❤
