‘What does “family” mean, and whose family experiences get recognised?
A new UCL study is inviting non-binary adults in the UK to share their experiences of family life, in research that aims to address a significant gap in evidence.’
The survey takes around 30 minutes to complete and is open to non-binary people, aged 18+ living in the UK.

Question for my trans siblings: How did you come out at work? Did you just show up one day, looking different as usual? Did you write an e-mail or tell them in person? Did you tell them all at once?
The reason I'm asking: I work for a company where I know many people for up to 20 years. We haven't worked together for the whole time, but have pretty much just all met again in this company. I don't see any of them outside of work, but many of them still feel close and there is a lot of trust we lay into each other. Additionally, we are all working from home for about 95% of the time and are never in the office at the same time.
I have no idea how to come out to them. I would like to let them know alltogether, but an e-mail feels to "unpersonal". Telling them all in an online team meeting feels to centric, as I don't really want to make a big deal about it. And just starting to sport a more female look without telling them also feels wrong.
If you have any advice, please let me know. Reboosts are appreciated.

I've been deep diving into this YouTube channel. It has great non-binary and neurodivergent (especially autistic) content.
The one thing that keeps catching me off guard is that they are framing neurodivergence as a disability. Is that a cultural thing that I missed (they are in the UK)? Or is it the perception of this YouTuber? I've always framed it as a different type of brain and way of looking at the world.
I'll still keep watching and supporting their content, but it's something that keeps niggling me.

Last week one evening I was walking home in my neighbourhood , it was dark, I was walking fast, because I wanted to go to bed. Apart from some accessories I was wearing male coded clothing and I'm tallish for an AFAB person. In front of me was a woman she looked back saw me and her hole posture became uncertain and she sped up. I changed the side of the road because I did not want to frighten her more.
Still not sure what to make of this incident. Yes I want to be perceived as more male but I do not want to induce fear.
