It always gets me. Always. This view from Maspalomas Dunes in the evening when there is no one around, just you and your thoughts, and the vastness of the golden, capricious sand dunes in a sharp contrast with the dark blue of the sky being lit up by the full moon (not in this snap shot), is something that it always manages to stop me on my tracks and marvel at how lucky I am to see that kind of landscape every single day. So fortunate 🥰👍🏻

These past few days I've shared a couple of pictures of Maspalomas Dunes in full moon, but this is perhaps my favourite from them all. A minimalist capture of the full moon, the dark blue sky with a cloud on the right side and then being flooded by a huge golden sand dune showing me how sublime and majestic the world around us and how little we humans are in the midst of such beauty. Like I said, in the caption of this picture: "You and me alone ... in the immensity of the Universe!" 🥰👍🏻

This is a capture of yesterday's evening power-walk in Playa del Ingles, close to the Anexo II shopping centre, right next to the beach, with a massive parking lot nearby and a good number of fancy houses (i.a. Santa Ana complex) with the full moon in the horizon. Oooh, and did you see the giant guitar as well? 😳🎸 Every time I see it, I don't know, it gives me the odd chuckles here and there. Like, WTAF?!?! Why would you do that?!? 🤯 haha
