US-Behörden können unter bestimmten Umständen auf europäische Cloud-Daten zugreifen – auch bei Microsoft. Fachleute warnen seit Langem vor genau diesem Risiko.
Umso unverständlicher ist die Ankündigung, Bayerns Verwaltungen umfassend mit Microsoft-Lizenzen auszustatten.
Angesichts der aktuellen globalen Sicherheitslage ist eine kritische Neubewertung der IT-Strategie dringend erforderlich.
Statt neuer Abhängigkeiten braucht es jetzt eine Stärkung europäischer Anbieter und echte digitale Souveränität.
👉 Hoffnung bleibt, dass Bayern diese Entscheidung noch einmal überdenkt.
