Added Arcade mode

This is the life-based endurance challenge mode, in contrast to the Campaign mode, which will focus on individual level mastery.

These start out easy enough for absolute beginners to the genre to enjoy, with subsequent difficulties unlocked by beating the previous; eventually culminating in an extreme marathon of all 100 levels in a row.
