So @mozilla shut down their own Mastodon instance, don't post on their mastodon.social account anymore either, have no official Firefox presence on the Fediverse anymore (besides developer-focused accounts @firefoxwebdevs and @firefoxnightly, which do a great job but serve a different audience), and then pull shit like this. What an utter disappointment indeed.

Por lo visto las claves generadas por Proton añaden a los datos de identidad el correo sin respetar los guiones y los puntos del usuario (pero no del dominio) a las claves disponibles en su servidor.

Es decir, si mi dirección es "perivi.77@proton.me" o "perivi_77@proton.me", la clave PGP tendrá asociada "perivi77@proton.me". Y si el correo asociado a la llave pública y la del destinatario no coinciden, otros clientes PGP se negarán a usarla.

En otras palabras: generad vuestras *propias claves*. Proton sigue permitiendo subir a sus servidores claves autogeneradas btw.

@firefox is now using AI to read web pages when you hover over links. Enabled by default. With fucking pop-up nags to try it.

The "last privacy-respecting browser" is sending page content to ML models unless you go find the off switch yourself. What the fuck happened to you, Mozilla.

They spent WEEKS in damage control promising an "AI kill switch" and then shipped it fucking disabled. That is the most gaslit UX I have ever seen in my life.
