#Youtube Kanäle kann man auch abonnieren, ohne bei Google eingeloggt zu sein, ja, ohne youtube überhaupt zu besuchen. Jeder Kanal hat einen RSS-Feed, die Hürde besteht nur darin, dessen URL herauszufinden. Chatgpt ist da ganz hilfreich.
Zum Beispiel habe ich youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?c… im Feedreader und kann die Videos von Cecilia Blomdahl sehen. Und: Man kann zumindest bei Friendica die Feed-Url als Kontakt hinzufügen und hat dann den Feed in Friendica (ich würde es nicht machen, ein echter Feedreader hat mehr Features)

Man muß eben nicht auf irgendwelche Glocken klingeln und YT/Google/Alphabet seine Interessen verraten.

Und schnell festgestellt: #youtube kann man ohne #Adblocker bzw. #freetube ja gar nicht mehr benutzen (oder natürlich einem Abo).

Die Menge an Werbung, die einem da mittlerweile immer wieder eingeblendet wird, ist schon krass. Gefühlt (und manchmal tatsächlich) alle zwei Minuten...
