A Swede recommended Kalles Kaviar to me. It's a pale pink spread based on fish roe, with a creamy texture and af ishy, savory yet sweet flavour.

Apparently, it's commonly eaten with eggs, but I preferred to eat it as illustrated on the tube: spread over buttered knäckebröd, Swedish crispbread.

I thought it was delicious , so I incorporated it into my breakfast every morning.
