Estaba cotilleando #FDroid y me he topado con #KeepAlive 🤯. Básicamente: si no has dado señales de vida (no has usado el móvil) en un período de tiempo seleccionado, manda automáticamente un mensaje a un contacto de emergencia o le realiza una llamada.

The huge version of #Fedilab (3.31.1) was compiled by #FDroid. We are sorry for that, we thought to have made everything to avoid that (3.31.1 exists in a smaller release).
This important difference in size is due to the use of a library that allows to locally detect the language used in a message. We needed it for MinT translator that doesn't support auto detection.
We immediately removed this lib and we used the language attached to a message (though it is not perfect)

Como Heliboard me estaba dando algún fallo que otro he decidido darle una oportunidad a Florisboard. No tiene texto predictivo (que me da igual), pero sí tiene portapapeles y permite introducir emoticonos desde el teclado, que es algo a lo que ya estaba acostumbrado.
Por lo demás, pese a lo sencillo que es, tiene bastantes opciones de personalización, y en los días que lo llevo usando no me ha fallado en absoluto.
Está disponible en F-Droid. Ojo, que hay dos versiones, una beta y otra estable. Os dejo el link de esta última, por si queréis probarlo:

Today I found out that #nextcloud Talk does not receive push notifications on Android when installed from F-Droid. But it does when the same app is installed from Google Play.
I knew about Google Cloud Messaging but i didnt know that only apps downloaded from Google Play were able/allowed to subscribe to Google's push service.
Is this correct @nextcloud ? And if so, shouldnt Talk users be told on the F-Droid download page that they wont know when they are being called?
