There are many but the two dearest to me are currently:

The #Smederee a forge for #Darcs projects: smeder.ee/

and

The quite cool #aerc mail tui program: aerc-mail.org/

Disclosure: I'm the author of the smederee. 😉

Easy. Emacs. I've been using it for decades, and although I've left it behind for coding, finally, I still use it as my everyday workhorse text editor.

We have gotten lots of lovely answers with lots of lovely software projects hosted on various lovely forges! Thank you!

From BSDs to IRCs, developed using Git, DARCS or Mercurial, we love the responses so far! Keep them coming! 💙

Or, perhaps take a look at the responses, you will definitely find something new! (100% money-back guarantee if you don't! 😉)

Also, here's an oddball that some may not know about:

sqlite is developed on Fossil, which is not only an entire (FOSS) forge but even its own VCS different from Git: sqlite.org/src/doc/trunk/READM…

Hey up if you encounter Loophole, they're starting to engage in LGBT descrimination target by targeting legitimate users as being malicious software through netlify.

I'd show the bug I'm getting, but whenever I do that on Github, they treat me like I'm the malicious user and not them, I had that experience with Loophole site.

@unfa That would probably have to be `foot`.
Fully native & minimalist Wayland terminal that I use every day. Although minimalist, it has many semi-hidden features like piping scrollback URLs to a fuzzy-find launcher app of choice (e.g. `rofi`, `wofi`, `dmenu`, `fuzzel`, etc...)
Such a productivity boost! Launch URLs from the terminal, no clicking, just using keyboard shortcuts & fuzzy find to select. 🚀

Git @ Codeberg: codeberg.org/dnkl/foot

I rely on hatari a lot. I also use rmac a lot but the licensing isn't clear enough to say whether it's free software (it probably isn't, but then back in 1986 the licensing world wasn't as clear as it is now).
