Ich mache Dark Ambient Musik.

Das sind lange Klangflächen, ein Gefühl von Einsamkeit und aus dem Dunkeln beobachtet werden. Schatten, die die Seele zerfressen und verfremdete Klänge, die doch sanft einhüllen, mitnehmen, hinfort tragen.

Happy #Doorsday from the charming #Colmar!
This is a side entrance to the beautiful #ÉgliseDesDominicains. It’s the second largest and second most important #church in Colmar, built between 1289 and 1346. We didn’t go inside to see the famous religious painting "Madonna of the Rose Bower" (which we weren’t aware of at the time), because kiddo had just tripped and taken a nasty tumble, bloodying their knees and screaming the whole city down. 🫣 A memorable first day of our summer holiday last year 😅

Ornate Gothic-style entrance to the Eglise des Dominicains in Colmar, France. The doorway features a pointed arch with intricate stone carvings and decorative tracery. Above the dark wooden double doors stands a statue of the Virgin Mary holding the infant Jesus, mounted on a slender column. Das Wesen sitzt an einem Tisch auf dem Blätter mit Mathematikaufgaben liegen. Ene Zahlenreihenfolge 5, 10, 15, 20 wird vom Wesen mit einem Bleistift mit dem Wort "Angst" und einem traurigen Smilie ergänzt. Oben mittig des Bildes erkennt man das Ende eines Holzkochlöffels. Das Bild wurde künstlich gealtert.

Photo theme: town halls.

This is the 15th century town hall in Damme, Belgium, with its obvious Gothic architectural style with Flemish touches in the stepped gables on the roof. The clock tower contains both a mechanical timepiece and a sundial as backup and the town hall hosts the two oldest bells in the Flanders region, both from the late 14th century.

It's a crisp, clear day, early in the morning and early in the year with a vibrant but cold blue sky overhead. We're in the small square in front of a small town hall in Belgium. A statue, a fountain, and some cars are nearby, and there are some low white houses with red tiled roofs to the left but it's the town hall that we're most interested in. It's built from pale grey stone with two high storeys before it meets a steep roof of grey tiles that is as tall again as the two floors it is supported by. The lower floor looks to be mostly for storage as the doors and windows are small and closed up. In the centre of the upper floor is the main door, reached by stone steps that ascend from the left and right below, with stone banisters and a stone portico at the top. Either side are niches in the upper storey where statues of important figures are erected. The windows are tall and narrow. At each end of the building the roof ends in stepped gables typical of northern European architecture. Centrally on the roof there is a small clock tower, hexagonal or octagonal in form with some red wooden railings and framed windows beneath the pyramidal spire.

Gothic stepped gable of the historic town hall in Korbach, Hesse. Visible from bottom to top are 2 Gothic trefoil arched windows, 2 blind windows / bricked-up pointed arch windows, and 4 cloverleaf windows, which are empty. They only serve as gable decorations and allow the blue sky to be seen. Two of the cloverleaf windows are located on the left and right at the same height as the blind windows. The top step of the gable wears a cloverleaf with a masonry town coat of arms. A golden star sits on the very top. 🇩🇪 Gotischer Treppengiebel des historischen Rathauses im hessischen Korbach. Von unten nach oben sichtbar sind: 2 gotische Dreipassbogenfenster, 2 Blindfenster /zugemauerte Spitzbogenfenster sowie 4 Kleeblatt-Fenster, die leer sind. Sie fungieren nur als Giebelschmuck und lassen den blauen Himmel sehen. Zwei der Kleeblattfenster befinden sich auf der gleichen Höhe wie die Blindfenster, links und rechts von diesen. Die oberste Treppe des Giebels bildet ein Kleeblatt mit gemauertem Stadtwappen. Auf der Spitze sitzt ein goldener Stern.
