Für so ziemlich alle Orte der Welt gibt es Klimadiagramme, die anzeigen, wie Temperatur und Niederschläge über das Jahr typischerweise und im langjährigen Durchschnitt verteilt sind.
Hat schon mal jemand Diagramme für ausgewählte Orte Europas für simulierte Werte aufgrund eines Zusammenbruchs der Atlantischen Umwälzströmung #AMOC angefertigt, um die Änderungen besser greifbar zu machen?

Ja, das würde mich auch interessieren. Aber ich fürchte, so detailliert sind da keine Voraussagen möglich bislang. Zu viele Variablen, zu wenig anwendbare Berechnungen. Fest steht wohl: Skandinavien und die britische Insel sind raus, das würde sibirischer Permafrost. Dann wahrscheinlich aber auch Teile von Benelux und Norddeutschland. Der Rest ist derzeit Spekulation. Wenn das passiert, heißt es ab nach Süden, aber nicht zu weit, denn in den Tropen soll ein AMOC-Exitus ebenfalls Chaos bewirken. Ist jedenfalls so, dass ich bereits die Landkarte mit den möglichen Klimaszenarios abchecke um Orte zu finden, die möglichst glimpflich davon kommen. Die würde ich dann meinen Kindern empfehlen.
