Another Wayland compositor I looked at was @ifreund's isaacfreund.com/software/river…, which I learned about last #FOSDEM!
River is "non-monolithic", which means that you can write your own window manager for it, and it will do the compositing for you.
It also has deeply integrated multi-seat support, and even the simple "tinyrwm" examples I tried work pretty well with multiple seats! 🎉
So… I think it would be an excellent basis to write a new window manager with first-class multi-seat support!

I spoke with @evan at #Fosdem about his project tags.pub. It sounded like a good idea, so we enabled their relay on our server 
to see how it works.
In Mastodon, you can follow hashtags. This shows all posts with this tag, known to your server, in your timeline. But it will only show the posts known by your server. (1/3)

But for Spring and Summer I would strongly prefere a lighter Beanie. E.G. a thin Merino Beany would be great!
Some folks at #FOSDEM tried to buy the makeshift hats one of our team members brought, so I arranged for this prototype of an official hat to be made. It's a fisherman beanie with our logo embroidered. I'm trying to gauge interest here. Is this something you'd buy? (Poll in follow-up post)

After playing around with @postmarketOS at #fosdem this weekend, I canceled my preorder of another phone and am going full on with PMOS. The gorgeous phosh-UI combined with fully OSS makes a strong case for this ecosystem.

Yesterday at #FOSDEM, a member of the European Parliament gave me an answer in front of hundreds of people. Based on that answer, I decided to start making stick drawings for the #LeaveX campaign. Should I continue?
I don't have much experience drawing, but I can draw stick figures.
What a whirlwind 72 hours in #Brussels for #FOSDEM! Everyone I met has been working so so hard to build technology explicitly trying to break out of a broken system of corporate hegemony. There were so many different fields present here but I primarily focused on the #fediverse track.
Achievement unlocked: present on an actual production device, step up after preseting on the devkit 2y ago! Switching back to Plasma mobile and running games, live at #FOSDEM !
