j'ai finalement cassé la tirelire pour prendre un fairphone 6 murena pour ma femme, et franchement pour le moment ça semble sans douleur. Sans aucun compte Google, elle a retrouvé toutes ses applis "toxiques" (insta, whatsapp & co), et mes applis saines (powerampache2, Signal, Breezy weather, Nextcloud, etc).
Seul PB de noob : on a mis 4 jour à comprendre que le bouton jaune se "descend" mais ne se "clique pas". J'ai même contacté la garantie pour rien 😁.

Ohne Software Obsolescence wäre das kein großes Problem für Nutzer*innen. Dann könnte das Smartphone locker 10 bis 12 Jahre gut und sauber genutzt werden. ( Wenn die Klebersandwiches easy reparierbar wären wie #Fairphone oder #shiftphone )
Freue mich auf die kommende EU Verordnung zur Hardware Reparierbarkeit. Könnte auch gerne auf Software erweitert werden.

Das geht vmtl. nur mit einem Fairphone.
Beim #Fairphone kann man zusätzliche Nutzer anlegen. Ich habe einen extra Nutzer angelegt und dort keinerlei persönliche Daten.
Hab mich dann als der neue Nutzer bei meinem Google Konto angemeldet und die gesammte Sync trotzdem abgeschaltet.
Und dann die VW App über den offiziellen Play Store installiert.
Login schlägt auch dort fehl, aber Google ist dann nur bei diesem leeren Nutzer aktiv und nicht im Hauptprofil. 😅

Installed the #eOS 4.0 on my #Fairphone 6. Unfortunately still no Android 15 and still no Material You (or whatever it's called nowadays) color support. So that means I still have these blue colors. For me this is an #accessibility issue, because I'm oversensitive for light and somehow blue makes this worse. I never understood the reasons why @murena forces one accent color on their users.
So hopefully this can be fixed.
Was @murena da gerade aufbaut, ist äußerst interessant. Das sie /e/OS als Smartphone OS mit IP- und Standort-Verschleierung inkl. Werbe- und App-Tracker-Blocker anbieten ist schon toll. Aber mit der Murena Cloud, die auf #nextcloud basiert ist das insgesamt ein tolles System.
Jetzt wird das #fairphone immer interessanter.
Wenn jetzt noch die #dhl App unter /e/OS laufen würde....

#GrapheneOS wurde ja nicht entwickelt und erst dann nach der Hardware gesucht
Ich vermisse eine Kooperation mit #shiftPhone, #fairphone, #murena etc.
Ein einzelner Anbieter als Alternative ist wieder eine Sackgasse auf Zeit.
Aber es ist eigentlich gänzlich der falsche Weg.
Wenn einem das Smartphone abhanden kommt, der jetzige hat viel Zeit und Regierungen viel Geld
