Today I ran in the park near #Kockelscheuer On the flat asphalt track around the pond, many runners do their interval training during their lunch break. I love intervals... especially when I can watch others doing it. 😅☀️🏃

The area around #Leudelange where I run is characterized by forests, bushes, and cultivated landscapes. Only extensive agriculture. #Luxembourg is doing a lot of things right here. Especially now in spring, you see birds of prey on almost every run. Today, a #redKite flew close over me. Majestic! Then there was a #buzzard, which was chased away by a #crow. Pretty brave, considering it was a bit smaller.
