The EU offers Ukraine a “mutually beneficial” rare earth minerals deal of its own

The offer was pitched to Ukrainian officials yesterday, during the visit of European leaders to Ukraine on the 3rd anniversary of the Russian invasion.

"Twenty-one of the 30 critical materials Europe needs can be provided by Ukraine in a win-win partnership," Europe's Commissioner for Industrial Strategy Stéphane Séjourné said.
