Hallo, willkommen in der Snailworld! Hier gibt es Schnecken zu sehen, die noch niemand je zu Gesicht bekommen hat! Heute der Oktomanus. Er besitzt als einziges aller Weichtiere eine Anzahl von Knochen und ist ein wahrer Feinschmecker, denn seine Fingerspitzen sind mit sehr feinen Geschmacksknospen ausgestattet.

A bright yellow bird the approximate shape of a bowling pin—wide lower body, tall thin neck—stands on a boxy pedestal in a dark blue space. The bird has wispy plumage, two short, armlike wings, and stripes on its neck. Someone familiar with the work of Dr Seuss would recognize this bird as a Sneetch—and sure enough, it's got a green star on its chest. The star is crudely painted on, the paint dripping, and the bird is still holding the brush. In a similarly crude fashion, the label "# 1" is painted on the front of the pedestal. Puzzling - Rätsel (eigentlich passt das auf alle meine Bilder, aber auf dieses besonders)
In einer modernen Betonbau-Skelett-Ruine steht ein nackter Schamane mit bemaltem Körper und verhülltem Gesicht. Über ihm schwebt an einer Schnur - von einer riesenhaften Hand über einen Flaschenzug gehalten - ein Würfel, auf dem umlaufend Fische (nach Escher) abgebildet sind. Die gleichen Fische finden sich auf einer Traverse im Obergeschoss wieder. Nahezu alle Pfeiler und Querbalken sind mit rätselhaften Mustern versehen. Links im Vordergrund sitzt ein Pangolin, das gerade damit fertig ist, mit Tusche und Feder einen Affen zu zeichnen. Im Hintergrund ist ein kahler Baum hinter den leeren Fensterhöhlen sichtbar. Im Vordergrund rechts schwappt Wasser gegen das Fundament der Betonruine.

Ein junger Mann im Malerkittel schleift an einem Strick eine Künstlerpuppe hinter sich her, wobei er von links ins Bild tritt. Auf der rechten Bildseite steht das Skelett eines großen langschnabeligen Vogels, dessen Brustkorb fast völlig von einem riesenhaften Ei ausgefüllt ist. Eigentlich schlüpfen die kleinen Kinderchen aus einer Zwiebel. Das mit dem Klapperstorch ist nur ein Ammenmärchen.
Querschnitt durch den Erdboden, in dem drei verschiedene Zwiebeln stecken. Hyazinthe, Schneestolz und Zierlauch strecken ihre weißen Wurzeln in die Tiefe und ihre Blüten in die Höhe. In den Zwiebeln stecken geschützt von den vielen Häuten, winzige schlafende Babys, umgeben von vielerlei Getier im Erdreich. Die Blüten der Hyazinthe werden von einer Maus besucht, die vom Schneestolz von drei Faltern.
