Back from Sacred Space Conference where I offered "Solarpunk Pentacle: A Narrative for Action." I love the insights that came through from participants--one of the joys of teaching...which really becomes co-creating with the group.

So wonderful to be among folx I rarely get to see (hi @thorncoyle !) and meet so many new folx. We drew over 500 #Witches and #pagans. World-changing #magic !

If you want to write #fantasy with #witches, please do not call them #Wicca, unless they are actually intended to be Wiccan and you have knowledge about Wicca.

Not all witches are Wiccan. Not all Wiccans are witches. And not all witches want to become Wiccans. Wicca is also not the same as witchcraft, but a pagan religion with a god and a goddess.

So better don't call your fantasy witches Wiccans. You are not doing real life Wiccans a favour if you do.
