You can rate any website via a fediverse direct message now! Just write a DM from your instance to botmin@startdir.de OR webfan@startdir.de. Do not use a subject/leave it blank!

Just give you a few examples:

You want to give example.com 3.5 points out of 5, write:

!rating example.com 3.5 Nice instance and community, well moderated.

If you want to delete your rating write:

!rating-remove example.com

If you want to delete ALL your ratings write:

!rating-remove-all

Unfortunately, you are not currently receiving a confirmation response and must check the result manually yourself, except for the !rating command where you get a confirmation status update from @Melanie Wehowski. .
