@anonymiss When people talk about "bad peace" they usually mean that if the conflict is not resolved then it is only a pause before another war breaks out.
There's some truth to it however we shouldn't forget that it isn't inevitable and there are examples of the opposite. E.g. North and South Korea manage to keep the balance for decades now and sny day without people getting killed beats any day when they are.
