Summer Break
Summer is here, and that means that we will be spending less time managing the server the coming weeks. Here’s what you can expect during this period:

* Slower Response Times: Our response times may be slower than usual.
* No Planned Changes: There are no planned changes or updates.

New website and supporter roles on Discord
We have remade the entire website from scratch. There is now much more information available on tsmp.nl.eu.org.
There are two new roles in our Discord server, 'Supporter' and 'Monthly Supporter', which you can get if you support us via Ko-Fi.

ThunderSMP has fully moved its hosting, which means that our server and website are now located in Germany. This change has improved performance and reduced latency for most of our users.
We are working on a new website, which will have much more documentation for playing on the server.

The Ender Dragon has been defeated for the first time, so from now on it will drop a dragon egg and an elytra when killed again.
Additionally, a public admin claim has been made on the main End island, to prevent people from claiming the portal. This claim may be expanded in the future.
Better Performance & Bigger World
ThunderSMP is now running on a Hetzner VPS, providing us with enhanced performance and reduced ping. Additionally, the world border has been expanded from 10,000x10,000 to 20,000x20,000, offering you four times more area to explore!

New private tunnel
Due to occasional high ping on our server, we've invested in a new private tunnel located in Germany. While the Minecraft server remains hosted in the Netherlands, this tunnel is now closer, reducing ping. We're still determining the optimal view distance without affecting gameplay.
This private tunnel marks our first monthly financial commitment to the server. If you'd like to support us, please feel free to reach out.

Network issue resolved
TSMP is on the Fediverse and Bluesky now!
We will also be active on the Fediverse and Bluesky, starting today. All announcements will also be made on there now, as well as on our Discord as usual. You can send us a message on there if you wish to be whitelisted on our Minecraft server but you don't have a Discord account.
