I need my files to be safe. And I chose Nextcloud because I believed they would be safe there. If AI is introduced to the servers, my files will no longer be safe.

Keep working on things that keep my stuff safe and reliable to access. Leave AI alone.

@jake We feel the exact same way Jake: data safety and privacy first and foremost. This, in fact, is the very reason we're interested in the AI field: to offer options to those interested in AI with something that can run completely locally, without sharing your data to other services. You should always have the choice and control of what happens with your data, hence AI features are always off-by-default.
