"After Riyadh, one of the agreements with the United States was not to strike energy infrastructure. However, Russia continues to violate this agreement. It has already damaged energy facilities in Kherson, Kharkiv, and in Poltava region. And this morning, another Russian strike damaged energy facilities in Kherson, leaving 45,000 residents without electricity."
