It look like Gitea has had a recent PR merged in that deals with time estimates.

You'd have to ask the Forgejo folks for that, preferably by opening an issue. The two volunteers managing to this account contribute to Forgejo, but we don't manage its roadmap and are not in a position to make promises or give such estimations. ~n
