I have no experience with drawing tablets with screens, but I've heard a lot of good about Huion Kamvas and would look into that with that price range.

I haven't touched a tablet since I got the Ipad like 6 years ago or so, but my last one was a Huion and it was excellent, I think who I sold it to still uses it. You don't have to splurge on Wacom nowadays for a good quality tablet, thankfully, and last time I checked they had a good range of prices. I'm sorry I can't help more 🙁
