I remind everyone that Gov. Rick "Oops" Perry wanted to abolish the Dept of Energy (it was the third agency whose name he couldn't remember), believing the agency wasn't necessary b/c "all it does is promote American oil sales."

EVEN AFTER Perry was informed what the agency actually does, #DonnieDumbass STILL appointed him to run the agency.

Perry may have learned, but 4 years later, #TheDumestManToEverServeAsPresident apparently STILL doesn't know what the agency does. 🤦‍♂️
