Anyone blocked by #Codeberg on residential IPs?

- I can't access it including the homepage.
- It doesn't matter if I'm already logged in or not.
- This happens to me on residential network*s* from Chunghwa Telecom (hinet), the dominant ISP in Taiwan.
- Restarting the modem to obtain new IPs doesn't work.

I've moved my repos to a selfhosted Forgejo. However, a lot of things still depend on Codeberg e.g. my Emacs config fails to download packages that reside on Codeberg. This is frustrating.

To clarify, restarting modems did get me new IPs, but those IPs are also blocked by Codeberg. I hope that this whole thing is temporary.

I'd reach out to support. They have been having a some ddos issues lately and have needed to block fairly large ip ranges. They'd probably be happy to fix it

Indeed, the "write to us" instruction is there for a reason, more than happy to fix this for you. Really sorry for the inconvenience, I've passed this on to the right people for starters. We'll probably reach out again soon. ~n
