Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen, in a video posted on X, said Denmark does not "appreciate the tone" of the US Vice President JD Vance regarding Greenland.

"Of course, we are open to criticism. But let me be completely honest - we do not appreciate the tone in which it's being delivered. This is not how you speak to your close allies," Lars Løkke said.

He added that Denmark is ready to discuss with the US the issue of greater military presence in Greenland.
