Hey friends, who of y'all is using #homeassistant? I have so many questions and a lot to share once we move into our new place!

I am working on having a Home Assistant Community Day in the coming months where communities around the world can meet up in their areas. I don't have a ton of details yet. I do have 2 places where you can set them up yourself or find others who have one already, though - our community forums and the Discord server. 😁

Hey Missy, thank you for reaching out! Is there a place I can stay updated on Home Assistant Community Day?

Discord and forums are "just" virtual communities, or are there in person meetups that organize through one of them as well?

I should have info about the Community Day posted on all of our spaces, hopefully it will be easy to locate no matter where you search once I have those details ready. 😀

The forums has a Social section specifically for forming in-person meetups with each other! I have a space on the Discord server dedicated to it, but we mostly do virtual meetups there (we do our release afterparties there now).
