@luca The scope of user research does not only address developers, but also

- users exploring or interacting with projects (e.g. for bug reporting or asking for help)
- designers
- translators
- other project-related support (public relations, fundraising)

The list is long. Unfortunately, code hosting platforms were usually designed only with developers in mind and can be challenging to navigate without the corresponding background. We would like to change that. ~f
