Every country should have a national 'idea-platform' where individuals can simply send in their ideas to solve common problems.

I've had a few and try to find the right connection but keep hearing over and over and over and over again 'zis is not ze right department' instead of actually pointing me to the right department.

A society functions at it's best when people can communicate with their officials in a non-hassle way.
