Yes #Trump is absolutely capable of hurting US interests if he senses a profit opportunity for himself.

On the other hand there is still a long way to go, since the US would have to lift its #sanctions on Russia before being able to do business with them.

Many occasions for the EU to warn the US before an actual sanctioning would take place someday.

But at the end of the day its all about power.
