one weird thing is, both in #pixeldroid and #pixelix –I have to enter the sever and authorize every single time I start the app. It doesn't persist the server URL (pixelfed.social) or the authorisation. Very weird.
Also it seems to open a web view with my Vivaldi android browser, it's not a real app.

Pixelix version 4.4.0 is available on GitHub now!
In this update we are introducing the new floating navigation bar, support for rendering custom instance emojis, the option to display posts in a masonry grid, a new icon set across the whole app, and many UI improvements and bug fixes.

We are already working hard on the next #Pixelix update. There will be some cool new features and multiple bug fixes.
One change is the a new floating navigation bar that takes less space than the old one (Shoutout to @ashmeshedup for the idea). Also top bar and navigation bar are hiding when scrolling to give the interesting content even more space.

The latest Pixelix update is here!
This update includes a massive amount of bug fixes: Android widgets are working again. Editing posts is fixed. And many more.
The latest APK is already available on Github. The update will be available on Play Store, App Store and F-Droid soon.

#pixelcat is so good. Such a shame it was abandoned... #pixeldroid isn't as good with mastodon/gts accounts, unfortunately.
