We are staying with the Olympus Trip 35.
And have thoughts about exhibitions...
I always have doubts about how photography is displayed in frames on a wall, where your work, into which you have put so much time and love, is viewed distractedly and then forgotten. Guerrilla exhibitions seemed an interesting idea to me. The small photograph was displayed where it had been taken a few months earlier... The photograph within the photograph was taken with an Olympus Pen half-frame camera, and the photograph itself with an Olympus Trip 35.

When I was younger, I had a real passion for cars.
Even back then, I felt they needed to find solutions for all the pollution they cause and the space they take up in public areas.
Maybe there’s a bit of a shift happening now, but cars have mostly become obese patients,
with designers copying early models but making them twice as big for the same number of seats.
These days, I hardly ever photograph cars or motorbikes anymore.
Maybe that’s why this shot is an exception,
taken this summer in Italy: a gathering of vintage Fiat 500s.
A true vintage Fiat 500 Abarth, recognizable by the open engine lid ...
The engine block turned out to be too big for the design’s available space

This was my very first photo with the #Pentax 17 on our summer trip. We were already in Italy, spending the night in a suburb of #Milan. As it was getting dark, we walked to a pizzeria. Across the street, I spotted this completely worn-out poster, with only the face of a woman still visible. I have no idea what or who it originally advertised. (Anyone from Milan recognize it?) It looked like an official #billboard, maybe even from the elections… Hopefully not the fascists, because I hate them. Otherwise, I find the decay of images and material absolutely fascinating.
