When I was younger, I had a real passion for cars.
Even back then, I felt they needed to find solutions for all the pollution they cause and the space they take up in public areas.
Maybe there’s a bit of a shift happening now, but cars have mostly become obese patients,
with designers copying early models but making them twice as big for the same number of seats.
These days, I hardly ever photograph cars or motorbikes anymore.
Maybe that’s why this shot is an exception,
taken this summer in Italy: a gathering of vintage Fiat 500s.
