I finally got around to going through the photos of the solar eclipse, and I’m happy with them. In hindsight, I always think I could have gotten even more out of them. A different location, better foregrounds? In any case, it was very challenging to photograph the solar eclipse “differently” than how it’s usually seen. I wanted to integrate it into the landscape and not just capture it as a close-up. What do you think of the results? Since I don’t like to post a lot of photos at once, I’ll be sharing the rest of the photos bit by bit over the next few days 🙂

Today's #solareclipse shortly after its peak, as the sun sets behind a mountain. Unfortunately, it wasn't a total solar eclipse in #Frankfurt (around 90% at its peak), but it was still quite spectacular. I took a few more landscape photos, which I hope to find time to develop in the coming days.
