"All Track Chair rides are free through the Friends program.
Visitors must make a reservation ahead of time so a Friends volunteer can be present to give instructions.
Rides depart daily and can be reserved for two-hour blocks.
Sleeping Bear has three all-terrain Track Chairs: the Mama Bear, Baby Bear and Platte Bear.

Another from last night’s surprise sunset. It was really just a sliver of sunset beneath approaching storm clouds. In the wide-angle view I thought it looked like a comet streaking across the horizon.
Had I known the sunset was going to be this good I would have brought my big camera along. But I continue to be impressed with the photos I’m getting from my iPhone 17 Pro Max.
