Ich hab noch ein Problem mit der Suche nach ernsthaften PayPal-Alternativen.
- SEPA-Überweisungen sind immer noch zu langsam fürs Online-Shopping.
- Kreditkarte, Google/Apple/Amazon-Pay treibt den Teufel mit dem Beelzebub aus.
- Twint, iDeal, Boleto Banciario, etc. sind alles tolle Ansätze, aber halt nur regionale Angebote.

We are the #FediverseFoundation. As a non-profit association we're hosting and moderating instances, go to different events and lobby for the Fediverse since 2023.
From now on you'll be able to follow this account for updates, including downtimes, new instances and tools, small and large developments of our association and of course regular calls for donations.

With Mastodon we reached a milestone for open networks and now we want to bring you an European alternative to Instagram.
The Fediverse's replacement for Instagram is Pixelfed. Starting next Friday our Pixelfed instance can be used by image enthusiasts to connect with the rest of the Fediverse.

Marked in green you can see the hardware that is powered with electricity, which we pay from your donations. Marked red is the hardware that guzzles electricity we are paying out of our pockets.
So quite exactly half of our yearly expenses are financed through your donations.
