Es muy gracioso cómo he pasado de "Hostia, cuánto hilo me sobra" a "Mierda que no llegoooooo Llegué 😌" con el hilo rojo en la última vuelta 😅

Con esto doy por terminado el cuerpo del emoñuelo, ahora toca ponerse con todos los detalles.
Bueno, "ahora" no, mañana (ya hoy).

Lo que decía antes del reborde.
En los anteriores (emochal, emoñuelo primero y emoñuelo calabacero) esa parte la he hecho combinando ambos colores; pero en este se me había acabado el rojo, mientras que el negro tengo mucho porque siempre compro un extra, así que reborde full black.

En cuando a esconder los hilos, están todos los del borde de arriba (6), y he empezado con la calavera de la izquierda (6 más). Si os fijáis, ésa es la que está más limpia, sin marañas de hilos por encima.

Me pregunto cuántos días me llevará esconderlos todos. ¿Dos? ¿Tres? #PerdiendoHilosPerdiendoVida

Hoy he:

-asegurado y perdido los hilos de la tercera calavera de la abuela,

-cosido los tres cuadrados entre sí,

-cosido el trio de cuadros al triángulo,

-tejido media vuelta hasta pillar los cuadrados por ambos lados.

Creo que esta vez, con el emoñuelo cerezuelo, voy mucho más rápida que con el anterior, el emoñuelo calabacero.
No ha pasado una semana desde que empecé (que lo sé porque he trepado por el hilo, lol).

Barra de experiencia llenándose y yo subiendo de nivel ✨

Perder los hilos de dos de las tres calaveras de la abuela.

Ayer me dijisteis que qué rápido iba, eso es porque el punto granny es muy fácil, perder los hilos es otro rollo.

Cada cuadrado tiene 6 hilos sueltos que he de asegurar y después remeter por ahí, a poder ser sin cargarme el cuadrado, claro.

Más de 6 meses después y sigo liándome con las vueltas, las cuentas y con todo en el #crochet… y eso que pongo marcapuntos al principio, al final y donde haga falta.

Pero he mejorado bastante, eso lo noto. Que me deje de equivocar dudo un poco xD

Nuevos calcetines hechos. Sí, uno es más largo y encima lo alargué a posteriori porque el primero era demasiado pequeño.

No son muy dignos de usar, probablemente ni cómodos, pero quizás para dormir valgan la pena…

Me encanta el aspecto!! y eso que sé que está mal hecho de base, es funcional. Su calcetín hermano está aún en proceso, aunque ya tiene cosas de base igualmente mal, espero que también sea funcional. Necesitaría alargarle la parte de los dedos porque queda un poco estrecho, intentaré no cargármelo pero si no... pues es un éxito aún con todo.

Ahora que he hecho varias compras y he tenido hasta que devolver un paquete con productos, puedo decir que Las tijeras mágicas me gusta mucho como web para comprar lana y otros productos.

Compré varias lanas merino que no tenían el mismo color que en web y te ofrecen desde un bono para la propia web como un reembolso. Sin pagar nada, ha venido una persona de reparto a por el paquete y se lo ha llevado. Menudo lujo.

Working on a (lap)blanket, made with Tunisian crochet.

The blanket will be made in a log cabin style, with new parts added to the sides going around the center part (the gray area was the first block that was done.

It's a simple stitch pattern alternating the simple stitch with a twisted knit stitch that get staggered on the next row.

The blanket will be nicely thick due to how Tunisian crochet works and hopefully it will also be nice and soft after a bit steam treatment (it is an acrylic yarn I am looking to reduce stash of).

Tunisian crochet is great for stash busting, it does eat a fair bit more yarn then both knitting and regular crochet does (for most stitch patterns at least).

For UK-based crafters, plus those elsewhere who are already buying fabric from Minerva: they've started doing yarn again, which they weren't doing for a few years (I picked up quite a few bargains when they sold off their ends of line). They now have an excellent selection, but I was very strong and didn't buy any. I already have a flat full!

Today’s colours. What I love most about the attic24 stripe blankets is that the colours (15 of them in total) keep coming up in different combinations. It automatically becomes a colour study, showing it from every side. That’s why crocheting the same stripe 135 times doesn’t get boring.

I wouldn’t mind knitting a sweater with this mini palette!
