This guide covers the migration from PER CS 2.0 to 3.0. If you need help for the previous step too, we got you covered: php-fig.org/per/coding-style/m…

You should also remember that PER-CS 1.0 is intentionally equivalent to PSR-12, so no migration is required there. Happy #PHP formatting! 😃
